Refund Policy

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • All refund requests will be credited back to the original credit card
  • An online processing fee will deducted from ALL refunds
  • Special requests can be submitted to the treasurer and your sport director using the same online form system and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
  • Our refund policy will be strictly enforced

 

 FLAG FOOTBALL

  • 100% refund if request received before team rostering
  • No refunds will be issued after teams are rostered
     

CHEER

  • 100% refund if request received by May 15th for Fall Cheer season, less processing fee, any ICA registration fees already paid and uniform IF they have already been ordered. Uniforms will be ordered May 1st.
  • ICA Camp for 5-8th grade is non-refundable after April 1st
  • No refunds will be issued after May 15th


FOOTBALL

  • 100% refund if request received by July 15th less processing fee
  • No refunds will be issued after July 15th


LACROSSE

  • 100% refund if request received by April 15th less processing fee
  • No refunds will be issued after April 15th
